Christina and Peter opened The Butcher's Son in February 2016. The brother-sister duo grew up in the restaurant business, working at their dad's American-style diner in their teens.

Today, Christina and Peter are working to make plant-based food more accessible to everyone, inspired by the diner of their childhood. With an aim to provide nostalgic comfort food without a trace of animals, The Butcher's Son has become a favorite amongst vegans and non-vegans alike.
